Feature Requests

This will make your launcher very popular! Stremio is an amazing streaming app for movies, series (and even live tv channels depending on addons installed) It is so simple, literally everyone can use it. A plug n play of kodi or similar apps. Streaming from many different sources, no need to set up a media server, which saves people space and money, and can be streamed from anywhere as long as you bring your compatible device with you.

Have a native integrated live TV guide as a front page section option that can sync multiple live apps (i.e. Plex, Jellyfin, Channels, Pluto, FreeVe, YouTube TV, Fubo, etc) and be able to stream the live streams.

I believe this request was answered elsewhere as being added post version 1 release, but that request post also had another request bundled with it. Just making this request as a standalone request incase other people would like to promote this request specifically.

Ability to control smart devices, view doorbells, security cameras etc much like the Google home panel in Google TV

The ability to have playlists from Plex be an option on the home screen would be a killer feature for me. Being able to simplify the steps to getting to what my family wants to actually watch and not sift through hundreds of l options would be extremely helpful.

1) Add support for connecting multiple plex (or jellyfin or emby, etc) servers. 2) Merge duplicate items (likely tracked by tmdb_id) and show a server picker upon selection

I’m not sure if this is possible, but it would be cool to maybe set a folder where we store a few wallpapers and Dispatch rotates them maybe every “X” amount of time, or picks a random wallpaper every boot up.

Like a lot of people, I have seperate 1080p, 4k HDR and DoVi libraries, all containing the same films/TV shows. My libraries are easily distinguisable when multiple items appear on the 'continue watching' list because they have cover art or overlays with the resolution/format on the cover art. Because Dispatch pulls library images from TMDB rather than libraries, these distinguishing covers are lost, and I end up with multiple images of the same item on the front page which looks a bit daft. Is there a way to overcome this?
