can't advance past open adb tv

I went into the adb tv app and disabled google set up and my previous launcherx (Google TV launcher was previously uninstalled already, and shows uninstaled) but I can't seem to get dispatch to advance past this point. I go back to dispatch and it just shows me open adb tv.

Once you've completed all the steps listed and every point is checked off, you've finished setting Dispatch as the default launcher. Just press back on your remote to go to the previous screen.

I completed the steps and hit the back button but auto start looked to still be set as "off" when I switched it back to accessibility it shows "on"
