It's possible an error occurred during the migration to the latest version. Try this and let me know if it solves your issue: Settings -> General -> Home & Wallpaper -> Personalize Media Feed -> YouTube -> Refresh all app media.
It might take a few minutes before the image re-appears. If it doesn't after waiting, try restarting the app as well.
Since this release of Dispatch involved major changes to how media is synced, a large database migration was required during the update. This should be a rare occurrence with future updates, and may never have to happen again.

its worth the pains, the performance improvements are immense, went from chugging quite a good bit on my google streamer to running silky smooth!
