My most recently added episode is a finale so it completes a season. This does not show up in New Television.

I've attached a screenshot of New Television vs Recently Added in Plex.

Updating with details discussed on Reddit:
The season was added an episode at a time and it's not until the final episode that it displays as the season. I've found the following description for how Plex behaves:
If you add a single episode, this episode will be displayed as recently added.
If you add multiple episodes or an entire season, the season will be displayed as recently added.
If you add episodes of multiple seasons or multiple seasons, the show will be displayed as recently added
It seems that only case 1 shows in recent TV in Dispatch.
Edit:
I've since added full shows and they do appear in Dispatch so it seems the only workflow that causes something not to display is when a season finale is added by itself.
