A row on the homescreen that allows users to pin apps for easy access (without app peek).

Use case: Give the user easy access to additional apps without having to navigate to the Apps tab. This could just launch straight into the app, without app peek (basically, for second-tier apps or additional favorite apps when the user has pinned the maximum number of apps)
